2. Products
Julija Ruart offers conceptual photography prints, handcrafted locally in Stockholm using premium materials and artisanal production methods. Each print is made to order and reflects the artistic vision of Julija Ruart.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
- Production Time: Each order is prepared and handcrafted within a maximum of 10 business days from purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times depend on your location and shipping provider.
- Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments are securely processed via WooPayments (Stripe). All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable under Swedish law.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Custom size prints are non-returnable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@julijaruart.com.
- Returns should be sent to the sender’s address listed on your original package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank. There may be a delay before the refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@julijaruart.com.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return and place a new order.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork and designs available on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Julija Ruart. Purchase of a print does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julija Ruart shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site, products, or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
